Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Jen and I both love the selections of flowers and accents you choose. Also, your decision to not use the “Low & Lush” as pictured here, but a tall slim vase… PERFECT! You are a treasure in the world of floral design! Thank you, and we look forward to much more of your art in the future!

I made this order first thing in the morning and immediately received a lovely follow up call from Paul. He explained he was awaiting a shipment of vases and asked if it was alright to use a different style vase. The courtesy call alone was quite impressive. My mom and I have lived on different coasts for the last ten years. Sending her flowers has always been a challenge from a distance, because I was never certain what was going to show up at her door. Paul was incredible from start to finish. I received email notifications of the delivery with a photograph. Keep in mind that this was all done on a same day delivery order. He delivered the flowers himself and would not even accept a tip, admitting to my mom that I had already taken care of that portion. This type of integrity is quite rare, especially in these trying times. He also followed Covid protocol, which did not go unnoticed. My mother is a nurse who works with veterans and volunteers to give Covid vaccines after a long day at the hospital. She was so happy to receive such an intricately designed floral arrangement. I live in Vegas, so I am no stranger to quality arrangements. The bouquet could have easily been a table display at wedding. We were both very pleased with the array of colors showcased. You can tell that Paul has an eye for detail and a passion for designing unique arrangements. He is now my go to florist for all special occasions. Thank you for helping me spoil my mother Paul. She really appreciated it. We had the most heartfelt chat after the delivery.
